1. What Devices Can I Sell?

Currently Give Back Phones only accepts the used smartphones that are listed on our website.  Please do not mail in any devices that are not listed, we will not issue payment for devices not listed.

 

2. How Do I Mail In My Device?

In the package we sent you, there is a white bubble mailer with a return label on it.  Place your phone in that mailer and you can put it in your mailbox for pickup or drop it off to any post office location.  Make sure to get a quote and complete the checkout process before you mail us your device or payment will be delayed.

 

3. How Will I Get Paid?

You have the option to be paid by Paypal or check.  During the checkout process you will be able to select which payment option you want. We will initiate your payment within 1 business day after your device is received in our warehouse.  Please note that we issue and ship payment 1 day after we receive your device via USPS.  The time it takes to reach your residence varies dependant upon USPS.  Our checks typcially arrive in 2-5 business days after they are shipped.

6. I forgot my Apple ID username or password. How do I reset it?

If you can't remember your Apple ID to log in to your iCloud account and turn off Find My iPhone remotely, go HERE to retrieve it.  If you need to reset your Apple ID password go HERE.

 

7. How Do I Get A Bubble Mailer?

If you did not receive a DHL package with a bubble mailer in it, you can request one by calling 1-800-899-4549 during regular business hours.
